The Complete Package.

This is complete management of your property search, providing you with professional support and advice from the beginning of the property searching and initial investigations, through to the point you buy a property. We start the journey with a Set to Buy Session and then commence the search, attend inspections (on & off market), short list, and make recommendations. Once we identify a suitable property, we commence property assessment, market analysis, due diligence and finally initiate negotiations (and/or bidding). There is no limit to the number of properties we will consider for you over the period of your agency agreement. We work with you until you buy the right property for the right price.

Get Set to Buy.

You want to do it yourself, but you’re not sure how to “Get Set to Buy”.  Our Bespoke Buyers Service offers the benefit of our experience in a two hour one on one introductory session that will help you focus and give you the direction and knowledge for your search.

 

Prior to our meeting, we will ask you to complete a briefing questionnaire that will allow us to assess your individual property requirements and offer tailored advice and research relevant to your specific brief. In particular, this will assist you in narrowing down which areas/suburbs to target.

Evaluate & Negotiate.

This is a service for when you have found “THE ONE”.  We will conduct all relevant due diligence, detailed pricing research and develop a purchasing strategy. We liaise with the selling agent on your behalf, whilst providing advice on how the property compares to others in the market and in relation to your specific property requirements.

 

After completing a full assessment of the property, the selling agent and your circumstances, we will then determine the best strategy to secure this property for you at the lowest possible price and proceed to negotiate and/or bid at auction on your behalf.

Auction Bidding.

Auctions can be a very stressful & emotional experience. Let us take that stress and emotion away from you. Our professional auction bidders will meet with you before auction day to and work with you to develop a “bidding strategy” agree on a maximum bid limit and then bid on your behalf on auction day.

Vendor Advisory Service.

We can assist you in working out a realistic estimate of what your property is likely to sell for, help you choose the best sales agent and recommend the most appropriate marketing strategy and method of sale. Throughout your Sales campaign, we can be your sounding board and will guide you through the offer and/or auction process.
