This transparency allows our clients to know the total fee upfront with no hidden costs or nasty surprises. We discuss your brief in detail with you  and provide a fixed dollar quote before we begin working together.

 

Our fee comprises two stages. The “engagement fee” which is a small upfront fee payable upon engaging our services. The second component of the fee is the “success fee” which is payable only upon the successful exchange of your property. We feel this fee structure (rather than a percentage of the purchase price) represents the professional property buying advocacy business we run at Bespoke Property Buyers.
